The BASIC Prenatal care package includes prenatal appointments done in the OFFICE with 1 prenatal done in your home at 36 weeks, labor management and delivery in your home, your initial Postpartum visit in your home around 48 hours after delivery and follow up care at the office as needed up to 8 weeks after delivery

The PREMIER CONCIERGE prenatal care package includes all routine prenatal appointments and delivery in your HOME. Evening appointments available to work around your family’s busy schedule.

-Immediate Postpartum

-Newborn exam

-Birth supplies

– Postpartum follow-up care within 48 hours of delivery, 2-3 weeks and again around 6 weeks as needed

-Filing of the birth certificate and social security card.

Our fees do not include ultrasounds or lab work.
